How does Hero Perks work?
It’s easy! Simply fill out the “I’m a Hero” form and submit it. We will also need you to send proof of eligibility. This can be a paystub, membership card, certificate of achievement, employee ID, etc. We will hand deliver your Hero Perks certificate of eligibility, allowing you to participate in the program, when you meet. Again, if you’re in ACTIVE military, or CURRENTLY work as a firefighter, police officer, EMT, nurse, or school teacher, you’re a hero in our book!
